Pregnancy Loss Support

Every pregnancy journey is unique, and not every journey ends by bringing home a baby. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy loss, making a difficult decision, or grieving after birth, you deserve compassionate support that honors your experience without judgment. You don’t have to carry it alone.

What Is Pregnancy Loss Support?

Pregnancy loss support provides emotional support, practical guidance, and compassionate care for individuals and families experiencing the loss of a pregnancy or newborn. Every story is different, and there is no “right” way to grieve. My role is to meet you where you are, offer support without judgment, and help you navigate the days and weeks ahead in whatever way feels most helpful to you.

Support is available regardless of how your pregnancy ended. Whether you’re grieving a miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, an ectopic pregnancy, or you’ve chosen to end a pregnancy for personal or medical reasons, your experience matters, and you deserve care that respects your values, your decisions, and your grief.

What You Can Expect

Every experience of loss is different, and so is the support you receive. Before anything else, I want to understand what you need right now. Some people want practical help around the house. Others want someone to sit quietly beside them. Some have questions about what comes next, while others simply don’t want to be alone. Our time together will be shaped by your needs, your boundaries, and your goals.

How We’ll Work Together

Initial Consultation

Our first conversation is an opportunity to get to know one another and talk about what kind of support would feel most helpful. There is no expectation to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll move at your pace and create a plan that reflects your needs.

Personalized Support

Every experience of pregnancy loss is different, so every visit is tailored to you. Some days you may want practical help around the house, while other days you may simply want someone to listen. Together, we’ll decide what support looks like as your needs change over time.

Emotional & Practical Care

Grief affects every part of life. During our time together, I can provide emotional support, help connect you with local resources, prepare nourishing meals, assist with light household tasks, or simply create space for you to rest. There is no expectation to “move on” or grieve in a particular way.

Ongoing Support

Grief doesn’t end after a few days or weeks. Between visits, you’ll have text and email support if questions arise or you simply need someone to reach out to. My goal is to provide steady, compassionate support for as long as we’re working together.
